Why cant I book some Some services automatically?

We prefer before booking some services to speak to make sure we are a good fit for you and will be able to accomplish your goals. Sometimes additional information is needed as well before deciding on which would be the best service or if a custom package is needed.

Why do I have to pay shipping?

Keeping the cost down to make high quality products at a lower price is a top priority. Being a smaller company free shippping is not an option at the moment. We look forward to the time we are able to do so.

Why are you appointment only.?

We are appointment only due to the nature of the work we do. Every person deserves to be treated as a VIP . Without worrying what others are thinking. We are all at different levels spiritual and on different paths in our journey. I find this is the best way is if one is comfortable.

Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the nature of this work returns along with refunds are on a case by case basis. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You may be issued store credit or receive a reimbursement on a case by case basis.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We do not cover return shipping cost.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were delivered, email sent stating will be returning item and within 24 hours of delivery.

• The goods are in the original packaging and un opened.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

• Any service, session, any custom order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts & Gift Cards

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Appointments/ Sessions

All appointments /sessions must be confirmed. 72 hours notice must be received . Certain appointments are prepaid and will be eligible for credit if informed of cancellation. All sessions will require a deposit , if no show client. forfeits the deposit. Custom sessions or appointments are not eligible for a refund . Service provider/we have the discretion to ask for at least half of a deposit for all bookings up to complete cost at the discretion if practitioner. All paperwork must be filled out prior to time required of client.
